Physical Efficiency Test (PET) (based on previous exam)
- Male candidates have to run for 25 km carrying a weight of 10 kg in 4-hour duration.
- Female candidates have to run for 10 km carrying the same weight and for the same duration.

Admit Card
The steps to download the Admit Card are as follows:
- Visit the official web address or manually type the website address of UPSSSC in your browser.
- In the next step, the candidates will be redirected to the official homepage of UPSSSC.
- Thereafter visit the News Alerts section on the Top Right-hand corner of the homepage. Post this, search for the Admit Card of UPSSSC Forest Guard.
- Now, click on the UPSSSC Forest Guard Admit Card. Thus, you will be redirected to the download page of the admit card.
- On the next page, enter your details i.e. Candidate’s Registration number, Candidate’s Date of Birth, Candidate’s Gender, and the verification code available on the page. The candidates should enter all the details as per the UPSSSC Application form only.
- Finally, click on the Download UPSSSC Forest Guard Admit Card and wait for the admit card to load and appear on the screen.
- In the end, you download and print the UPSSSC Forest Guard Admit Card PDF on your device.
