• The Staff Selection Commission announced the postponement of the exam dates on April 8, 2024.
•  The exam dates were delayed due to the General Elections, which will take place from April 19 to June 1, 2024, with the counting taking place on June 4, 2024.

• The Commission held the Computer Based Examination for the positions of Rifleman in the Assam Rifles Examination, 2024, and Constable (GD) in the Central Armed Police Forces, SSF, and 2024 from February 20 to March 7, 2024.
• It has been determined that a re-examination of applicants for the specific venues, dates, and shifts is necessary due to technical issues related to the test that were discovered during its assessment.
• In light of the aforementioned, the Commission has determined to reexamine applicants who showed up for the exam on the days, locations, and shifts listed in the Annexure on March 30, 2024.
• Only candidates who took part in the Commission's Computer Based Exam 2024, which took place between February 20 and March 7, 2024, will be able to retake it.
• It is recommended that candidates check out the official website, ssc.gov.in to be informed about the centers.

• SSC has released the new SSC Exam Calendar 2024-25 and new exam dates for all SSC exams on November 7, 2023 for the various national level exams on its official websites.
• The tentative exam dates for all SSC Exams have been notified along with the SSC Calendar 2024 at the official website of SSC at www.ssc.nic.in.

• SSC release the admit card for the online recruitment exam against 7547 posts of Constable (Executive) under Delhi Police at https://ssc.nic.in/.
• The Computer-Based Test (CBT) scheduled to take place from November 14 to December 5, 2023.
• It will take place across the Nation with an exam time duration of an hour 30 minutes, a total number of 100 MCQs.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the final results of the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff (MTS) and Havaldar (CBIC and CBN) Examination 2022 on October 18, 2023. Eligible candidates can download their results from the official website ssc.nic.in. The Commission mentioned that the SSC MTS vacancies are revised and reduced again from 11,788 to 11,784.

The Commission selected 11, 255 candidates for the SSC MTS posts and 195 candidates for the Havaldar Post. Interestingly, the commission released the revised result for the SSC MTS and Havaldar post and added 195 candidates to the final result.
