As per the NTA Exam calendar 2024. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is scheduled to conduct the Common University Entrance Test – Undergraduate (CUET 2024) in between 15th May,2024 and 31st May 2024. NTA is planning to release the CUET Application Form 2024 in February 2024.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been mandated by the Ministry of Education and UGC to conduct Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission into Undergraduate Programmes in Central Universities under Ministry of Education, and other participating Universities / Institutions / Organizations / Autonomous Colleges. The CUET (UG) provides a single window opportunity to students seeking admission in any of the Central Universities (CUs) or other participating organizations (including State Universities, Deemed and Private Universities) across the country.

  • Click on “Download Admit Card”
  • A new admit card window will appear on the screen.
  • Enter the required credentials in the given space.
  • Click on the tab “Login”.
  • Your CUET admit card will appear on the screen.
  • Download and take a printout for future reference.


The steps to check the result are as follows:

  • Go to the NTA CUET UG result 2023 official website - cuet.samarth.ac.in. 2023 result
  • Click on ‘View CUET 2023 result’ or ‘View score card’.
  • Enter application number and date of birth.
  • Now, click on "Submit".
  • The complete NTA CUET result 2023 along with scores will appear on the screen.
  • Download the CUET 2023 result page and save it for future reference.

Answer Key

A candidate can download the answer key by following these steps:

  • Visit the official website of CUET
  • Click on the “CUET  Answer Key” link
  • Enter the required credentials in the given space

  • The answer key in the form of a PDF will be displayed on the screen

Apply Online

The steps to fill CUET application form 2024 are as follows: 

  • Visit the official website of the CUET to fill CUET Application Form 2024.
  • Click on the ‘Apply Online’ tab to register for the programme.
  • After clicking, candidates will be able to see three programmes options- UG, PG, and RP. Click on the link you wish to apply for.
  • Complete the registration process by entering details like program applied for, name, valid e-mail-id, mobile number, date of birth, and verification code displayed on the screen.
  • Once all details are submitted, the application number and password are generated and are sent to the registered email address and mobile number.
  • Use the application number and password to log in and fill up the application form by entering the log-in details like personal, academic qualification and communication address.
  • Upload scanned images of a recent passport-sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format and dimensions.
  • Select the examination centres- In order of preference, select and enter the exam centres.
  • On successful online application submission with payment of fees through an automated e-mail and SMS is sent to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number.


What if candidates fail to fulfil the CUET criteria? 

Candidates who fail to match the CUET criteria will be disqualified even at the later stages of the admission process.

Can a 12th fail student apply for CUET?   

No, based on the CUET eligibility criteria, candidates should pass Class 12 to be eligible for CUET.

What are the different modes to apply for CUET?

CUET application forms can only be submitted through online mode. The application form will not be accepted by any other mode.

Can a candidate submit two CUET application forms for two courses at a time?

Applicants as per eligibility can apply for multiple courses, however, candidates shall not apply for a duplicate or multiple form of the same course, which may lead to the cancellation of all his/her application forms.

How will the CUET admissions be given?

The admissions process for each of these central universities is handled separately. According to the weightage on the CUET score and the other criteria at the participating universities, the respective central universities will announce the counselling process and admission schedule following the CUET result. Details can be found on the website of the concerned university. Online admission counselling will be available for some universities with an additional fee.
