Overview
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the national level IBPS PO/MT examination to select candidates for the posts of Probationary Officer (PO)/Management Trainee (MT) in various participating banks in India. The participating banks are---Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, UCO Bank, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Indian Bank, and Punjab & Sind Bank.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

The candidates need to follow the steps given below to download IBPS PO Admit Card :
- Browse the official website of IBPS @ibps.in
- Click on “CRP-PO/MT” and a new page appears on your screen.
- Now click on “Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officer/Management Trainee”.
- A new page appears, Click on “Online Exam Call Letter for IBPS PO/MTs”
- Enter your Registration No / Roll No and Password / DOB and fill the captcha code to download your admit card
- The admit card is displayed on the screen. Download your IBPS PO Admit Card.
- Save the admit card and take a printout for future reference.
Result
To check the IBPS PO exam result, follow the below-mentioned steps :
- Visit the official IBPS website at (www.ibps.in).
- Click on the link "CRP PO/MT" on the home page.
- Click on the link "Result" for the respective stage of the exam you have appeared for (prelims, mains, or final result).
- Enter your registration number or roll number and date of birth or password.
- Click on the submit button.
- The result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take a printout of the result for future reference.

What minimum marks must a candidate attain to qualify the IBPS PO prelims exam?
Every year, IBPS releases the IBPS prelims cut off based on the performance of candidates across the country and the number of vacancies released. This cut off varies from year to year. Thus, a candidate needs to attain the minimum cut off marks as announced by IBPS to qualify the prelims examination.
What is the application fee for IBPS PO UR category candidates?
The application fee for the UR category candidates is INR 850.
How to change the exam centre mentioned on the admit card?
Once the exam centre has been allotted it cannot be changed.
Is the IBPS PO exam pattern different from the IBPS Clerk exam pattern?
Yes, there is a slight difference between the IBPS clerk and PO exam pattern. There is no descriptive paper in the IBPS clerk mains exam and also there is no Interview phase in the selection process.
