Preparation Tips
Study Plan Planning plays an important role in preparation. Divide time covering the entire syllabus and focus on important topics.
- Practice Question Papers:- Check previous years’ question papers to find out chapters from which more questions are typically asked in the exam. Set daily and weekly study targets and check your progress.
- Mock Tests:- Mock tests are the best way to check your preparation level. Besides, it helps candidates to understand strong and weak points. After attempting a mock test, analyze your answers, and identify the weak areas. Allocate time in your study plan to improve the weak areas.
- Preparation Strategy:- Candidates need to find out the strategy that works for them. Critical evaluation of their performance can help them to identify the best strategy. Keeping a high spirit and positive thoughts will ease the exam pressure.
- Time Management:- Accuracy and time management are the important things that are important to crack the RRB exam. The common mistake candidates make is that they waste too much time on a single question. To get the correct answer, they will spend more time on the same question. So keep in mind while taking the examination that the time limit is only 90 minutes for CBT 1 and 120 minutes for CBT 2.
- Focus on Revision:- Revision is one of the most essential things in the preparation of any competitive exam. Candidates ought to have quick access to the key formulas and shortcuts needed to solve problems. This will assist them in remembering the formulas, logic, and techniques they have already mastered. Write down the key formulas and concepts for a rapid review, then go over them again and again.
