NCH is implementing advanced technology to streamline grievance redressal processes, including AI-powered speech recognition and a multilingual chatbot.
NCH's usage increased significantly in 2024, with calls received reaching 141817 and monthly complaints registered at 112468.
The programme enhances consumer trust, supports consumer rights, and improves business efficiency by promoting transparency and accountability.
